In the mid 1930‘s, a young man named Pheeko would trust that a voyaging fakir will stop by his home town of Kotla Sultan Singh and tail him on his rounds, emulating his serenades as they came. Afterward, living in the social and film center of Lahore, Pheeko murmured melodies amid work at a relative’s hair parlor. Clients saw his ability – as did his sibling, who organized Pheeko to prepare under Ustad Abdul Wahid Khan even with enormous resistance from their dad.

Pheeko grew up to be Mohammed Rafi, the lord of playback singing in India. Pheeko has about five thousand melodies shockingly over a scope of classifications (counting sentimental numbers, shake and roll, and traditional music) and dialects (counting Hindi, English, Arabic, Persian, Sinhalese, Creole, and Dutch).
